Rule 6.061 - JURY INSTRUCTIONS

1) In addition to filing the instructions, an attorney or party shall send instructions to jury.instructions.JD24@ojd.state.us in Microsoft Word format and in jury-ready form that excludes reference to citations or instruction numbers.

2) Draft written instructions and verdict form shall be submitted to the court 48 hours prior to the start of trial.

3) Nothing in this rule prevents the parties from requesting additional or modified instructions at the trial as required by the facts or law.
