Rule 2.011 - ADDRESSES AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS
1) Defendants in criminal and violation cases shall, during the pendency of the case and while any monetary or other obligations imposed by the court in such case remain unsatisfied, keep the court advised in writing of the defendant's current name, mailing address and telephone or message telephone number.
2) Unrepresented parties in all case types shall keep the court advised in writing of their current name, mailing address, and telephone or message telephone number.
