Rule 4.081 - APPEARANCE BY SIMULTANEOUS ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION(1) Unless otherwise ordered by the court, in-custody arraignments shall be by simultaneous electronic transmission. (2) An in-custody defendant may appear by simultaneous electronic transmission pursuant to UTCR 4.080 at a release, change of plea, probation violation, or a sentencing hearing if allowed by statute.Columbia Supp. L.
