Regulation 20 - Effective Dates(A) The Procedural Regulations of the Board of Professional Conduct take effect January 1, 2015.(B) New Regulation 14, adopted by the Board of Professional Conduct on October 2, 2015, shall take effect on January 1, 2016.(C) The amendment to Regulation 8, adopted by the Board of Professional Conduct on October 6, 2017, shall take effect on January 1, 2018.(D) The amendments to Regulations 3 and 6, adopted by the Board of Professional Conduct on December 7, 2018, shall take effect on January 1, 2019.(E) The amendments to Regulations 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 14, and 15, adopted by the Board of Professional Conduct on February 3, 2023, shall take effect on March 1, 2023.Ohio.
