Regulation 301 - Requests for CLE Credit301.1 Except as otherwise provided by these Regulations, Rule X, or Rule IV, CLE Credit shall be awarded only for personal attendance at or participation in an Approved CLE Activity, for a minimum of thirty minutes.301.2 A request for CLE Credit shall be submitted by or on behalf of an Attorney, Magistrate, or Judge for each Approved CLE Activity for which credit is sought. The request shall be in a manner authorized by the Commission.(A) Each request for the award of CLE Credit shall be acknowledged by the Attorney, Magistrate, or Judge requesting the credit at the conclusion of the Attorney's, Magistrate's, or Judge's attendance at or participation in the CLE Activity for which the Attorney, Magistrate, or Judge seeks the award of CLE Credit.(B) Each request for the award of CLE Credit submitted to the Commission by an Attorney, Magistrate, or Judge shall include the name, Supreme Court attorney registration number, and any other information requested by the Commission.Ohio.
