INTRODUCTION
This guide is intended to help attorneys who will be arguing before the Supreme Court of North Carolina. A separate guide is available here for attorneys arguing before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. In addition to this guide, counsel also should thoroughly review the North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure, which govern in all arguments before the State's appellate courts.
