ANNOTATIONS The 2018 amendment, approved by Supreme Court Order No. 18-8300-014, effective December 31, 2018, expanded the time within which creditors must present their claims against the decedent's estate, and made certain technical changes; after "Notice to", deleted "known", and after "creditors", added "by publication and notice to creditors by written notice (mailing or other delivery)"; in the title of the form, after "NOTICE TO", deleted "KNOWN"; after "present their claims within", changed "two (2)" to "four (4)", and after "notice to creditors or", added "sixty (60) days after". Recompilations. - Former Form 4B-301 NMRA, relating to notice to known creditors, was recompiled and amended as 4B-501 NMRA, effective for all cases pending or filed on or after December 31, 2018.
