2016 NHRE Update Committee Note
The language "the Supreme Court" was deleted and replaced with "law" by supreme court order dated April 20, 2017, effective July 1, 2017. This change recognizes that the Supreme Court's rulemaking power is not exclusive. See State v. Carter, 167 N.H. 161, 165-170 (2014); Petition of S.N.H. Med. Ctr., 164 N.H. 319, 327 (2012).
