(a)Electronic Filing Required. All briefs filed by a registered user shall be filed electronically, unless otherwise ordered by the court.(b)Paper Copies Required from Persons Who File Electronically. In addition to the electronic filing, the party filing a brief shall file eight copies of the brief in paper form.(c)Service. In addition to electronic service, the party filing a brief shall serve two paper copies of the brief on each party pursuant to the provisions of Rule 1-321.(d)Brief Filed by a Person Other than a Registered User.
