Rule 15-1301 - Applicability; Definitions

This Chapter applies to transfers of structured settlement payment rights governed by Code, Courts Article, Title 5, Subtitle 11. In this Chapter, the definitions in Code, Courts Article, § 5-1101 shall apply.

2016 Orders

The December 13, 2016, order corrected a reference to the definitions in Code, Courts Article, § 5-1101 as applying to the "Chapter, rather than just to the Rule.
