Rule 1.2 - Office Expenses as Authorized by R.S. 13:698 or 13:1341.2(a) Office Expense. District Judges. Prior to reimbursement of expenses authorized by R.S. 13:698 or R.S. 13:1341.2, each judge shall file with the Judicial Administrator on forms provided by the administrator, an itemized voucher, with invoices or receipts where customary, for the actual expenses he has incurred. In no event shall the total reimbursement made to any judge for these purposes exceed five thousand ($5,000) dollars per annum. Effective June 1, 2000.
