Rule 202 - Applicability; Jurisdiction(a)Applicability. Rules 201 through 241 apply to each attorney:(1) admitted to practice law in Kansas;(2) granted a restricted license to practice law under Rule 712;(3) granted a temporary restricted license to practice law under Rule 712A;(4) providing legal services under Kansas Rule of Professional Conduct 5.5;(5) admitted to practice law pro hac vice under Rule 1.10 or Rule 116; or (6) authorized to provide pro bono or low-cost direct legal services under Rule 712B.(b)Jurisdiction. An attorney is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kansas Supreme Court and the Board.(c)Other Proceedings.
