Rule 8.30 - Record required

In accordance with Iowa Code section 624.9, and consistent with the confidentiality requirements of rule 8.32, stenographic notes or electronic recordings shall be taken of all hearings held pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 135L and said record shall not be waived.
