Rule 4.110 - Time limits for criminal proceedings on information or indictmentTime limits for criminal proceedings on information or indictment are as follows:
(1) The infonnation must be filed within 15 days after a person has been held to answer for a public offense;(2) The arraignment of a defendant must be held on the date the information is filed or as soon thereafter as the court directs; and(3) A plea or notice of intent to demur on behalf of a party represented by counsel at the arraignment must be entered or made no later than seven days after the initial arraignment, unless the court lengthens time for good cause.
