Prior to their deletion, Rules 3(b), 5(b) and 5(d) were amended December 29, 1964, effective January 1, 1965; Rule 4(e) was added June 18, 1971, effective July 1, 1971; and Rule 13 was promulgated effective November 1, 1962.

Prior to their deletion, Rules 3 to 14 were also abrogated insofar as they were applicable to civil appeals by November 1, 1977 Supreme Court Order, effective January 1, 1978.
