Rule 30 - Representation of Parties(a)Self-Represented Parties. A person may represent himself or herself. A self-represented party must provide the court with a current mailing address, email address, and telephone number, and notify the court of any change in that information.(b)Limitation. Unless a person is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona or an attorney who has been admitted pro hac vice under the Rules of the Arizona Supreme Court, that person may not represent someone else.(c)Fiduciaries. A non-lawyer serving as a fiduciary may represent himself or herself in that capacity.Amended Aug. 29, 2019, effective 1/1/2020.
