Rule 26 - Appeal and Petition for Review in Appellate Courts(a)Grounds, Procedure. An appeal of a final judgment or order, or a petition for review of an interlocutory order or decision, may be taken in accord with the provisions of the Appellate Rules pertaining to criminal proceedings. (b)Stay. An order, judgment or decision of the superior court remains in effect pending appeal or review unless stayed by order of the superior court or the appellate courts.
