(a)Grounds, Procedure. An appeal of a final judgment or order, or a petition for review of an interlocutory order or decision in an adoption case, may be taken subject to Appellate Rule 218 or other appropriate appellate procedures. (b)Stay. An order, judgment or decision of the superior court remains in effect pending appeal or review, unless stayed by order of the superior court or the supreme court. SCO 972 effective 1/15/1990
