Section 3-3 - General Provisions

This rule is intended to implement and be read in conjunction with W.S. 37-2-301 through 37-3-306 and 42-2-301 through 42-2-303, which established the Telephone Assistance Program, and any rules promulgated thereunder by the Commission.
