All bidders must submit with the proposals, the affidavit A form showing current contracts held by the bidder, other work presently in progress by the bidder regardless of location, including joint ventures, the total amount of each contract or undertaking, the current completion percentage for each undertaking, the money value of uncompleted work for each project and the total money value of all uncompleted work
