Section 10-10 - Security Required for the Proposal

No proposal will be considered or accepted unless it is accompanied by either a certified or cashier's check or bank money order drawn on a reliable bank, or a bid bond in the amount specified in the proposal form issued to the bidder. Such check or money order shall be made payable to the Wyoming State Highway Department.
