The individual to whom the record pertains may request that the record be corrected or amended by giving the Department a written request. The request should contain the identifying information contained in the request for disclosure and indicate what information should be corrected or amended. Within ten working days, the Department shall either make the requested correction or inform the individual of its refusal to do so, together with the reasons for the refusal. The Department's actions may be reviewed pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Sections 9 - 276.19 et seq.,W.S. 1957.
