Each licensee shall release a minimum of one-hundred (100) game birds of the species approved by the Department each year on the licensed premises. The one hundred (100) game birds shall be released in the twelve (12) consecutive month period commencing April 2 and ending April 1 of the next year. A release shall be substantiated with written records. Licensees who sell, but do not hunt game birds, shall be exempt from the minimum game bird release requirement.
