Section TCS 4.10 - Notice of hearing(1) FORM. Notice of hearing shall be in writing, with a title identifying the matter to be set for hearing.(2) CONTENT. The notice of hearing shall contain the following information: (a) Date, time and location of hearing;(b) The reason for the hearing;(c) A short summary of the matter to be considered;(d) Any other information as the board may deem appropriate.Wis.
