Section TA 1.13 - When an appeal is filed(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), a petition for review is filed on the date on which the petition for review and proper filing fee are received in the commission's office in Madison.(2) A petition for review is considered timely filed if it is accompanied by the required filing fee and it is mailed by certified mail in a properly addressed envelope with postage duly prepaid, which envelope is postmarked before midnight of the last day for filing.Wis.
