Section SFP 6.03 - Precautions against fire(1) IMPROPER BURNING. No person may burn or cause to be burned in the open air or within any building rubbish, garbage, or any combustible material without a permit from the chief of police except in waste burners constructed and operated in accordance with current acceptability standards.(2) NO SMOKING VIOLATION. No person may smoke in any place where a ``No Smoking" sign is posted. Smoking means and include the carrying of a lighted pipe, cigarette, cigar, or tobacco in any form.Wis. Admin.
