Section SFP 2.03 - Indecent or lewd conduct(1) No person may commit an act against sexual morality. These acts include, but are not limited to sexual activity or exposure of genitals in public, the display or sale of obscene or pornographic material, or the solicitation for purposes of prostitution.(2) No persons shall have sexual intercourse in public.(3) No person may commit an indecent act of sexual gratification in public or with another with knowledge that they are in the presence of others.(4) No person may urinate or expose their genital in public or any public place, outside of the confines of a public restroom or toilet facility.(5) In this section the term "in public" means in a place where or in a manner that the person knows or has reason to know that his or her conduct is observable by or in the presence of persons others.Wis.
