Section REEB 24.09 - Securing agency agreements

A licensee may not mislead a potential client regarding the benefits that might be realized by using the licensee's services. A licensee also may not mislead a potential client regarding the market value of real estate or a business opportunity to be leased, rented, purchased, optioned, or sold under an agency agreement.
