Section REEB 12.015 - Application requirements(1) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. Each applicant for an original real estate broker's license or an original real estate salesperson's license shall submit evidence that the educational requirements in ch. REEB 25 were completed before taking the licensing examination.(2) BROKER'S ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT. An applicant for examination to obtain an original real estate broker's license shall complete the education requirements specified in s. REEB 25.02(1) and shall either hold a Wisconsin real estate salesperson's license or shall have passed the salesperson's examination pursuant to s. REEB 12.02.Wis. Admin.
