Section PSC 160.16 - Fund administrator(1)The commission shall designate the fund administrator and provide for an annual independent audit of the fund. The commission shall establish guidelines for administration and assignment of liabilities.(2)The fund administrator may propose a change or modification to the mechanisms of administration of the fund. The commission may approve the request without hearing.(3)The universal service fund shall compensate the administrator for the administrator's costs of administering the fund as approved by the commission.Wis.
