Section Phar 4.02 - Competencies testedCompetencies are tested by examination as follows:
(1) The multi-state pharmacy jurisprudence examination shall determine an applicant's competence to practice within federal laws and regulations and Wisconsin laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy.(3) NAPLEX shall determine an applicant's competence in the basic principles and professional areas within the practice of pharmacy.(4) An otherwise qualified applicant shall be provided with reasonable accommodations, as required by the Americans with disabilities act.Wis.
