(1) All railroads operating in Wisconsin shall submit to the office for its approval detailed circuit plans and a description of the operations and functions to be performed by signals for any proposed highway-railroad grade crossing signal installation and for proposed changes in existing installations.(2) The railroads shall keep a copy of the circuit plans in the instrument cases for the signal installations.Wis.
