Section MPSW 15.02 - Practice of marriage and family therapy

A licensed marriage and family therapist may practice marriage and family therapy as defined in s. 457.01, Stats., without supervision.

A licensed marriage and family therapist employed in a certified outpatient mental health clinic is subject to rules of the department of health services regarding supervision.
