Section HEA 8.03 - Borrower eligibilityIn order to receive a loan, the borrower shall satisfy the following requirements:
(1) The borrower shall be a resident of the United States being either a citizen or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence by the federal immigration and naturalization service.(2) The borrower shall be a Wisconsin resident as determined by the board using the residency standards of s. 36.27, Stats.(3) The borrower shall be enrolled full-time in an eligible Wisconsin institution in either the second year of a 2 year associate degree nursing program in a technical college system; the third year of a 3 year nursing diploma course; or in the junior or senior year of a bachelor degree program in a non-profit public or private college or university.Wis.
