Section FD 1.13 - Reciprocity for service members, former service members, and spouses of service members or former service members(1) As used in this section: (a) "Former service member" has the meaning provided in s. 440.09(1) (a), Stats.(b) "Service member" has the meaning provided in s. 440.09(1) (b), Stats.(c) "Spouse" has the meaning provided in s. 440.09(1) (c), Stats.(2) A funeral director's license shall be granted to a service member, former service member, or spouse of a service member or former service member who the board determines meets all of the requirements under s. 440.09(2), Stats. Subject to s. 440.09(2m), Stats., the board may request verification necessary to make a determination under this section.Wis. Admin. Code Funeral Directors Examining Board FD 1.13
