Section ERC 31.09 - Petition or stipulation to initiate a declaratory ruling proceeding to determine whether a proposal is a mandatory subject of bargaining

In proceedings under this chapter, practice and procedure regarding a petition or stipulation to initiate a declaratory ruling proceeding to determine whether a proposal is a mandatory subject of bargaining shall be as set forth in s. ERC 30.11.
