Section VA 18.01 - Definitions In this chapter, the following terms shall have the designated meanings:
(1) "Department" means the department of veterans affairs.(2) "Home" means the Wisconsin Veterans Homes at King and Union Grove.(3) "Stipend" means an educational assistance payment made to an individual under s. 45.50(2m) (f), Stats.(4) "Veteran" means an individual as defined in s. 45.01(12), Stats.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Veterans Affairs VA 18.01
