Section Trans 208.03 - Location procedure(1) The department shall determine the locations of state trunk highways (STH) as part of the overall process for developing a STH improvement program in accordance with ch. Trans 209. Identification of deficiencies in the STH system shall be undertaken by the regions in accordance with the programming procedures set forth in ch. Trans 209.(2) The elements pertaining to establishment of STH locations shall be as follows: (a) Concept definition report;(3) Application of these process steps may vary based upon the needs and circumstances of each individual improvement project.Wis.
