Section SPS 387.81 - Program audit(1)A governmental unit, owner or any other individual or entity receiving financial assistance award under this chapter shall make available to the department, upon request, any and all records necessary to ascertain compliance with this chapter and the provisions as specified in s. 145.245, Stats.(2) The department may require documentation of monitoring and an audit of the individual or entity providing monitoring.Wis.
