Section Tax 8.66 - Merchandise on collateral

No manufacturer, rectifier or wholesaler shall place untaxed intoxicating liquor as collateral or security to a loan unless the untaxed liquor used for this purpose is placed in a licensed alcohol beverage warehouse.
