Section NR 46.28 - Landowner contact information(1) Owners of land designated as managed forest land shall notify the department of a change in mailing address and other contact information.(2) Mail returned to the department because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or otherwise shall be determined to have met the department's obligation of notifying the landowner for all aspects of this chapter and ch. 77, Stats.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources NR 46.28
