Section NR 490.025 - Form and service of request(1) Any person, state or agency authorized to request a public hearing under s. 285.61(7) (a) or 285.62(5) (a), Stats., shall submit such request in a form which complies with the applicable statutory requirements. (2) A request for a public hearing under this section shall be submitted to the department within 30 days after the publication of the class 1 notice under ch. 985, Stats., announcing the opportunity to request a public hearing on the permit or permit application.
