Section DHS 89.12 - Applicability(1) This chapter applies to the department and to all residential care apartment complexes operating in Wisconsin.(2) This chapter does not apply to nursing homes, community-based residential facilities or hospitals or to congregate housing or housing for the elderly.Wis.
