Section DFI-WCA 1.301 - Rebate on prepayment; irregular installment amounts or due dates

The unearned portion of the precomputed finance charge on consumer credit transactions described in s. 422.209(3), Stats., having terms of less than 37 months in which the amount financed is less than $5000 and entered into on or after August 1, 1987 shall be computed in accordance with the provisions of s. 138.05(2) (b), Stats.
