Section DOC 303.15 - Sexual contact or intercourse

(1) An inmate who does any of the following is guilty of sexual contact or intercourse:

(a) Has sexual intercourse.

(b) Has sexual contact.

(c) Commits an act of sexual gratification with another person.

(2) Consensual acts are prohibited under this section.
