Section DCF 54.07 - Rate determination(1) The department shall determine the maximum per client administrative rate that each child-placing agency may charge for the administrative portion of its services for foster homes with a Level 3 or 4 certification based on the following: (a) A maximum per client administrative rate determined by the department that no child-placing agency may exceed.(b) A per client administrative rate that the department determines is appropriate for each child-placing agency program based on the reasonable and necessary costs of the services provided by that child-placing agency.(2) A child-placing agency shall charge all Wisconsin public purchasers the same rate for the same services.Wis.
