Section DCF 152.01 - Authority and purpose

This chapter is promulgated under the authority of ss. 49.22(2m) (d), 49.853(1) (dm) and (2), 49.854(17), 49.858(2), and 767.70(2), Stats., for the purpose of administering the child support program under s. 49.22, Stats.
