Section ATCP 40.18 - Fertilizer; toxic substances(1) No fertilizer may contain any substance that is toxic or injurious to plants, animals, or humans when the fertilizer is handled or applied under reasonably foreseeable use conditions unless the substance and hazard are disclosed on the fertilizer label.
