Chapter ATCP 22 was created by emergency rule EmR1807, effective March 2, 2018; EmR1808, effective March 9, 2018; EmR2016, effective June 27, 2020; EmR2039, effective October 29, 2020; and EmR2111, effective May 3, 2021. See EmR2111 for the rule text.

Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter ATCP 22 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter ATCP 22 as contained in the the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
