Section DE 10.04 - Protocol for follow-up care(1) There shall be a written protocol for follow-up care, for patients treated in the mobile dental program, in a dental facility that is permanently established within 60 mile radius of where services were provided.(2) There shall be an agreement with at least one provider for emergency treatment.Wis.
